We are looking for a Video Editor with strong graphic design competencies to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting dynamic video content, motion graphics, and supporting visual assets that align with our brands and engage our key B2B real estate audiences in North America. Your work will support advertising campaigns, email marketing, blog and website content, and stakeholder presentations.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What You'll Bring Along
- A strong highlight reel or portfolio demonstrating creative, effective video work and supporting design assets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or a closely related role, ideally within a marketing context.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, videography or a related fine arts field.
- Knowledge of video formats, encoding best practices and delivery pipelines for different platforms.
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and respond to feedback constructively.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience in Figma, Adobe Substance, Lottie.
What You'll Do
- Edit, assemble, and deliver high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, internal communications and presentations.
- Create motion-graphics sequences (intros, lower-thirds, transitions, captions) that enhance video storytelling.
- Ensure all video and graphic assets adhere to brand guidelines, motion standards and are optimized for different devices and platforms.
- Create animated and static banner ads for digital campaigns.
- Design engaging visuals for email campaigns and newsletters.
- Produce visually appealing slide decks and stakeholder-facing presentations.
- Support blog content with branded animations and visuals.
- Design brochures, promo kits, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams from concept through final delivery.
- Contribute ideas to improve visual output and creative processes.
