Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in the Philippines. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into compelling, visually stunning video productions that captivate our audience and meet our clients' needs.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality productions
- Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips with precision
- Apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections to enhance visual appeal
- Create and implement graphics and special effects to elevate video content
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and creative vision are met
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process
- Continuously refine and update video content based on feedback from colleagues and clients
- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video editing techniques
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve our video production processes
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of color grading, chroma keying, audio mixing, and video output formats
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field (preferred)
- Experience editing and recording video and audio podcasts (preferred)
- Knowledge of graphic design (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Passion for staying current with the latest video editing trends and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
