We're Looking For A: Video Editor who is responsible for crafting captivating visual narratives that drive our brand messaging
and direct marketing objectives. This position is responsible for the end-to-end video post-production process, and the dynamic use of footage shot in house, user generated content, stock footage, AI tools, and motion graphics. This position will use keen aesthetic sensibility to ensure that the content aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Location: Hybrid, Woodland Hills CA
What You'll Be Doing:
- Edit & Export engaging short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, including paid ads on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Conceptualize and pitch videos to the marketing team.
- Deliver cuts on time and hit delivery deadlines in a fast-moving department.
- Collaborate with company writers and the marketing team to optimize creative.
- Analyze direct marketing trends and performance data insights to improve video engagement.
- Compile and condense user generated assets into engaging video content.
- Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- 2 years In Video Editing
- 1 year experience in Motion Graphics
- Must apply with Production/Editing Reel
- Video Editor for Direct Response Marketing
- Social media data analysis
- Google Sheets/Doc data entry
- Color grading and audio mixing
- Digital Strategy and Audience Development experience
- Aesthetic Excellence: Demonstrates a strong sense of composition and aesthetic decision-making, ensuring that all video content aligns with high-quality visual standards.
- Adobe Suite Proficiency: Possesses advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with additional experience in Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator considered a valuable asset.
- Media Encoding and Publishing: Holds a basic understanding of media encoding and publishing processes, contributing to the seamless dissemination of content across various platforms.
- Cross-Platform Proficiency: Exhibits experience working with both Mac and/or PC computers, showcasing adaptability and versatility in a diverse technological environment.
- Organization and Media Management: Displays meticulous organizational skills, effectively managing media assets and ensuring a streamlined workflow throughout the video production process.
- Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in a cross-functional team environment, actively contributing to collective goals that drive the continued growth of the business.
- Attention to Detail: Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the precision and accuracy of all aspects of video production, from script to final delivery.

The base salary range is $63,000-$84,000, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
