This role is for a digital designer with strong motion graphics experience who thinks like a storyteller. You’ll lead the design and execution of social + paid digital assets that translates brand strategy into cohesive digital experiences across paid ads, social content, campaigns, and web. With a strong point of view on performance-driven creative, you’ll design assets optimized for modern platforms while maintaining a premium, consistent brand expression. Partnering closely with Marketing and Creative to ensure every frame, transition, layout, and motion detail feels intentional and on brand. From concept through execution, you’ll shape how the brand shows up online and build scalable content systems that support what comes next.
Six Month Expectations- Execute design systems across engaging motion graphics for organic and paid social channels, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and engaging brand storytelling.
- Implement design systems that enhance the brand narrative, driving engagement and business growth through innovative and user-centric design solutions.
- Design digital ads for various platforms, including Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, copy, and art direction teams to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Marketing, CRM and Retention to design seamless and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms, including CRM, organic and paid social, and ecomm.
- Digest creative briefs and output designs that answer the task while maintaining brand consistency throughout all our projects.
- Lead the design and development of social and paid media assets to stay on the cutting edge of culture, while maintaining core brand identity.
- Ability to work on a diverse range of projects with little oversight and direction, using brand toolkits for design support.
- Be able to assist Brand Design with developing and updating graphics for our website, including, product images, and landing pages
- 3+ years of experience and a degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges
- Proven track record of ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills
- Stay current with industry trends, design trends, emerging technologies and tools, and best practices in e-commerce, retail, and digital design
- Independently work on multiple projects at once and able to evaluate the importance of business priorities
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:
- The estimated annual pay range for this role is $70,000 - $83,000.
- There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
- Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.

Skills Required
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital design and video editing for social, digital, or brand campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating concept-led storytelling, editing craft, and visual consistency across short- and long-form content
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut) and Figma
- Strong understanding of visual communication, motion, typography, pacing, and sound design
- Experience shooting and self-directing content with knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio
- Fluency in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and cultural/creative instincts for those platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, take feedback, and make creative decisions under tight timelines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and proactivity about new tools, technologies, and evolving creative formats
- Experience ideally within fashion, beauty, or premium consumer space
