About the RoleAs a Video Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for handling the end-to-end video production process. This includes checking video jobs into internal systems, converting media formats, synchronizing video with transcripts, and delivering final client-ready products. You’ll work collaboratively across teams, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and consistently provide responsive, professional service to internal and external clients.

- Convert media formats to meet department standards
- Synchronize video to transcripts and hyperlink exhibit files
- Process all client orders accurately and on time
- Create transcript production media types for transcript deliverables
- Cross-train to perform Transcript Production Coordinator duties
- Prioritize work effectively to meet job due date targets
- Collaborate with team members to ship deliverables on schedule
- Create clients for life by being proactive, responsive, and respectful in every interaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital media, video encoding, and authoring is a plus
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to plan work effectively, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Other: Must maintain regular attendance, be able to work under pressure, and be available to work weekends as necessary
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, push, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed

- Demonstrates a general knowledge of the production process and collaborates effectively with production personnel

This role is based in an office environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, or temperature variations. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities such as pushing, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
