Video Content Creator

JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses, and products.

We are looking for a proactive Video Content Creator to organize the end-to-end production of the video content for the JoomPro brand.

Responsibilities

• Produce video content from brief to final delivery, including scriptwriting, pre-production, filming/recording, editing, and post-production
• Create short-form and mid-length videos for social media, paid ads, and educational content
• Repurpose existing content into video formats
• Translate business and marketing goals into compelling video storytelling
• Ensure brand and quality consistency in video output

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in video production or content creation
• Strong hands-on skills in filming and editing
• Familiarity with short-form and performance video formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines

Preferred

• Good English proficiency
