Job DescriptionAs our Senior Product Manager for PIX, you will be the driving force behind our payment infrastructure in Brazil. Your mission is to bridge the gap between international transfers and local convenience, ensuring that adding, converting, sending, and spending money feels instantaneous. You will own the roadmap for our most critical growth engine in the region, turning complex regulatory requirements into elegant, user-centric payment flows.

Your Impact at Wise
Own the Pix Vision: You will lead the end-to-end strategy for Pix, as a seamless infrastructure that scales with millions of users and businesses.
Solve Global Challenges: Wise is uniquely integrated into global payment systems. You’ll be at the forefront of scaling this infrastructure, solving technical and operational challenges that very few companies in the world face.
Drive Growth: By optimizing our core payment rails in Brazil, you will directly influence regional revenue and customer retention.
High Autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to make your own calls and the accountability to see them through, supported by a world-class team of engineers and analysts.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Experience as a dedicated career product manager, with a history of shipping complex products.
Pix & Payments Depth: Hands-on experience building, scaling, or owning Pix products end-to-end at a company with a Brazilian payments license.
Engineering Adjacency: Proven track record of working closely with engineers to solve architectural hurdles and technical delivery bottlenecks.
Agile: Deep experience in high-performance agile setups.
Data Fluency: Highly data-oriented with the ability to use structured thinking to validate product decisions and distill complex problems.
Customer Centricity: A drive to engage directly with users and prioritize their needs at the center of the roadmap.
Communication: Fluent English.

- 💰 Salary range for this role is between 23,076BRL and 42,307BRL

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
