Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
For everyone, everywhere.
More about our mission and what we offer.
Job DescriptionAs our Senior Product Manager for LATAM Expansion, you will be the architect of Wise’s growth across Latin America. Your mission is twofold: launching our existing suite of products into new markets and driving the local roadmap to achieve deep product-market fit. You will bridge the gap between global scalability and local necessity, ensuring our products navigate regulatory hurdles while feeling native to the user.
Partnering with banking expansion, compliance, and local country managers, you will define market sequencing and lead products from 0 to 1. This is a high-autonomy role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to help millions of people move money across borders.
Your Impact at Wise
Market Strategy: Identify and prioritize high-impact markets by balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
0 to 1 Execution: Lead the end-to-end launch of products in new territories, from initial customer discovery to go-to-market execution.
Onboarding & Growth: Own the acquisition funnel and activation journeys, optimizing the path from registration to first successful transfer.
Regulatory Navigation: Partner with Legal and Compliance to build products that are both fully compliant and frictionless for legitimate customers.
Performance Ownership: Monitor and iterate on operational, risk, and growth metrics to ensure long-term health in every new market launched.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Product Management experience with clear ownership of outcomes and a history of launching products from 0 to 1.
Regulated Onboarding: Hands-on ownership of the onboarding journey for a regulated product (e.g., payments, lending, or brokerage), specifically optimizing the trade-offs between growth, risk, and user experience.
Compliance & Risk Fluency: Practical understanding of identity controls (KYC/CIP, ID&V, biometrics) and risk-based onboarding (PEP/Sanctions screening, bureau integrations, and step-up verification).
Growth Metrics Competence: Proven ability to track and improve core funnel metrics, including CPA/CAC, conversion rates, activation, and LTV.
Technical & Data Depth: Highly data-fluent (SQL or AI-supported) with the technical depth to discuss architecture credibly with engineering teams.
Market Research: Experience conducting deep customer discovery and turning raw market insights into structured product priorities.
Languages: Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
