Job Description:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, sourcing trips, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and various equipment during productions.
- Edit engaging videos using industry-standard software, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Manage all aspects of video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Capture interviews, product footage, lifestyle content, and event coverage as needed.
- Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with Wellness Advocate leaders at all levels to find how our training content can best support them in their efforts
Job Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and various video editing software.
- Experience operating professional camera systems.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel for shoots/events, if required.
