What makes this project exciting?We are seeking a Video Ad Operations Specialist with hands-on experience managing and optimizing video advertising across web and Connected TV (CTV) environments.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of video ad technologies, including video ad servers, VAST tags, OpenRTB (oRTB), third-party ad tags, and technical troubleshooting. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is comfortable collaborating with publishers, platforms, and demand partners to ensure seamless ad delivery, campaign performance, and operational excellence.

- Troubleshoot issues such as no-fill, VAST errors, broken tags, tracking discrepancies, latency, player errors, and delivery gaps.
- Support integrations and connections between publishers, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and demand partners.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, fill rate, impressions, revenue, and discrepancies.
- Use browser developer tools, network logs, ad tag testers, and platform reports to investigate issues.
- Prepare reports and basic analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communicate with internal teams, publishers, and external partners to resolve operational and technical issues.
