YOUR NEW ROLE

• Drive the adoption and enablement of CRM to enable a world class CRM function across the enterprise
• Deliver scalable solutions that meet the business requirements that is also configurable across multiple domains
• Develop, program and code technology applications software solutions to meet agreed specifications
• Build and manage effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
• Work with key stakeholders on the deliverables of various initiatives within both the technology and business space
• Collaboration with IT on sprint planning, prioritisation, sequencing and benefits sign off and realisation
• Work with teams to analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements in order to establish system requirements 
• Develop solutions and specifications so that agreed requirements can be converted into functional systems
• Improve, enhance and correct systems as necessary
• SME into Projects and support Enterprise Projects
• Development and maintenance of Dashboards and Reports

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• 11+ years of experience working and developing and working on the Salesforce platform and test and performance automation.
• Extensive Salesforce and CRM knowledge, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce configuration and Salesforce DX
• Problem solving and coding skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across Banking

Qualification Requirements

Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
