Are you a commercially minded marketing leader who knows how to turn strategy into action? Keter is looking for a VP, Trade Marketing to lead our North American go-to-market strategy across brands, channels, and markets. In this highly visible, hands-on role, you will shape how our products come to life at retail, online, and across omnichannel touchpoints while partnering closely with sales, product, brand, and business leaders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated go-to-market plans that bring product launches, retail programs, promotions, campaigns, and omnichannel growth initiatives to market.
  • Partner with sales, brand, product, business unit, and market teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Drive shopper marketing excellence through retail media, merchandising, point-of-sale materials, content strategy, and in-store execution.
  • Accelerate digital and eCommerce growth through compelling content, social media, digital commerce, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Translate market trends, consumer insights, category dynamics, and performance data into practical actions that improve execution and results.
  • Lead and develop the North American marketing team while staying close to the work, removing barriers, solving problems, and driving execution.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
  • Proven marketing leadership experience in consumer goods, retail, product-led, or commercial marketing environments.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, shopper marketing, channel strategy, retail activation, brand management, eCommerce, and digital commerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use insights, data, and market trends to influence strategy and drive measurable results.
  • Experience leading in global, cross-functional, or matrixed environments with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to set direction, engage in the details, remove barriers, and build a high-performance team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across North American markets.

Skills Required
