Leads North American trade marketing and go-to-market strategy across brands, retail, ecommerce, digital, and omnichannel channels. Oversees product launches, promotions, shopper marketing, retail media, merchandising, content, and in-store execution. Partners with sales, product, brand, and business leaders to translate market insights and performance data into growth initiatives. Builds and leads the North American marketing team while driving cross-functional execution and commercial results.

Supervise night-shift production operations, assign work, train and support employees, enforce safety and company policies, monitor quality, productivity, scrap, and downtime, inspect products, resolve workplace issues, maintain payroll records, and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, efficiency, and working conditions.

Apply bank receipts, manage accounts receivable ledger, pursue collections and resolve deductions/chargebacks. Research and document disputes, coordinate with internal teams and customers, maintain organized records, and ensure deductions are resolved (no unresolved items over 180 days). Perform additional assignments and occasional after-hours work.

Lead and improve sales operations processes (order management, pricing, customer setup), maintain master data, build dashboards and analytics, support cross-functional execution of campaigns and promotions, drive service-level improvements, manage contract/pricing reviews, and train partners to scale sales effectiveness and operational discipline.

Lead North America category strategies to drive cost savings, supplier continuity, and procurement transformation. Own strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier segmentation, performance management, risk mitigation, and centralized process adoption across multi-site operations.
