Establishes, validates, and sustains injection molding processes for PP, PC, and related resins. Defines process windows, setup standards, and control limits; analyzes molding defects and process capability; implements SPC, DOE, and continuous improvement; supports mold trials, tooling, equipment commissioning, automation, maintenance, quality investigations, training, and cycle-time optimization while ensuring safety and compliance.

Provides high-level administrative and office management support to the President and senior leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, leadership communications, confidential materials, vendor relationships, budgets, office operations, and project follow-up. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with occasional after-hours availability.

Owns general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany and fixed asset accounting, cash reporting, audit support, and tax compliance oversight. Manages corporate card and Concur expense controls, supports budgeting and forecasting, mentors junior staff, and leads process improvements using automation and AI tools. Partners cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues, strengthen controls, and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Plant Controller responsible for site financial governance, controls, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash management, capital expenditure oversight, monthly close support, and product costing. The role partners with manufacturing, logistics, engineering, HR, safety, and commercial teams to improve data and process accuracy, support pricing decisions, and provide meaningful financial analysis to senior leadership. It also coordinates shared-service finance activities and maintains compliance with government agencies and utilities.

Apply bank receipts, manage accounts receivable ledger, pursue collections and resolve deductions/chargebacks. Research and document disputes, coordinate with internal teams and customers, maintain organized records, and ensure deductions are resolved (no unresolved items over 180 days). Perform additional assignments and occasional after-hours work.

Lead North America category strategies to drive cost savings, supplier continuity, and procurement transformation. Own strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier segmentation, performance management, risk mitigation, and centralized process adoption across multi-site operations.
