Your Profile
Our goal is to deliver sustainable value creation for our clients. To achieve this, we are looking for top talent in the market:
- 7–15 years of relevant professional and consulting experience
- Sector: TMT sector (telecommunications, media, high-tech & electronics, software and semiconductors)
- Ideally, experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs, performance improvement across the value chain, growth and margin optimization, M&A (Due diligence, ost-merger integration, carve-outs), AI transformation, as well as growth initiatives
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering implementation-oriented, high-quality solutions across multiple workstreams, with the ability to take full ownership of different areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and hands-on mindset
- Strong academic background; Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
- Readiness to travel within a hybrid working model (remote, office, client site)
- Valid passport, citizenship, and/or work authorization for France, with the ability to travel and work across the EU
