Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead DAS Health’s enterprise sales strategy and execution. This individual will oversee high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who excels at developing people, optimizing performance, and cultivating long-term client relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, implementing sales strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Drive Performance: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success, coach team members, and ensure achievement of quotas and targets.

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring and retaining high-value enterprise clients.

  • Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Pipeline Growth: Build and expand the enterprise sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and opportunity management.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align lead generation, brand awareness, and market positioning strategies.

  • Market Insight: Gather and share client and industry feedback to inform organizational strategy and product direction.

  • Scalability & Structure: Design and refine sales team structure, incentive plans, and processes to support growth and scalability.

  • M&A Support: Provide leadership during diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.

  • External Representation: Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen DAS Health’s brand presence and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in healthcare or a high-growth, PE-backed environment preferred.

  • Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies and assess market opportunities.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to exceed performance goals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems such as ConnectWise, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and strong MS Office skills.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
