Administers and supports a client’s multi-site network environment, including WAN, LAN, wireless, firewall, switching, and VoIP infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, documentation, change management, vendor coordination, client communication, and escalation of complex issues to Network Engineering. The role is hybrid near Los Angeles with regular onsite client support and travel between locations as needed.

Design, deploy, and support enterprise and data center network solutions for healthcare clients. Lead architecture and infrastructure modernization, provide client consulting and pre-sales support, mentor engineers, collaborate with vendors and carriers, and participate in on-call rotations for critical escalations.

Protect internal and client environments through security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, risk assessments, security monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement. The role investigates alerts and incidents, maintains security controls, supports firewall and cloud security, manages awareness training, develops documentation, and communicates risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. This fully remote position supports healthcare organizations in strengthening their cybersecurity posture.

Designs, implements, and manages cybersecurity controls across healthcare IT environments, including EHRs, medical devices, and cloud systems. Configures security tools, conducts vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, monitors and responds to incidents, performs forensic investigations, and maintains incident response plans. The role supports HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and SOC 2 compliance, audit readiness, security reporting, client collaboration, and security awareness initiatives.
