Role overview

This is a hands-on dashboard and analytics role for someone who wants to improve, maintain and scale the reporting used by Markets Sales leadership. The successful candidate will combine strong Tableau dashboard development with Power BI capability, CRM reporting experience, commercial curiosity and a practical approach to automation, data quality and emerging AI-enabled tools.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Build, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting assets that support sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and revenue metrics across Markets.
  • Develop and improve Power BI reporting and semantic models where appropriate, applying sound design, data modeling and user-experience principles.
  • Act as an on-site contact for Markets Sales, Business Management and front-line users, supporting dashboard usage, CRM reporting, data access, KPI interpretation and practical problem solving.
  • Work with Dynamics CRM, Snowflake and internal data environments to deliver accurate, timely and well-documented reporting outputs.
  • Maintain reporting controls, including refresh monitoring, publishing, access management, metric definitions, documentation and issue resolution.
  • Identify pragmatic opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve dashboard delivery, insight generation, monitoring and user experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, computer science, mathematics, data analytics or a related field.
  • Typically 7+ years’ experience in financial services, sales reporting, data analytics, CRM reporting, business intelligence or a similar analytical discipline.
  • Strong hands-on Tableau expertise, including dashboard development, maintenance, design, publishing and performance optimization.
  • Practical Power BI experience, including report design, data modeling, DAX, semantic models and dashboard publishing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake or similar data environments, with enough technical depth to query, validate and troubleshoot reporting data.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar, including reporting, data quality support or user-facing analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and produce concise, actionable insight for business stakeholders.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with cloud data technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Understanding of row-level security, semantic data models, dataset refresh processes, reporting governance or data pipeline concepts.
  • Understanding of Markets products, wholesale banking, sales coverage models, pipeline management or revenue reporting.
  • Use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Power BI Copilot or other AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity, analytics or documentation

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
