The Role:

Apryse is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our North America and LATAM sales organization. This leader will oversee our new customer acquisition (Land) business and Compliance sales motion (iText), driving predictable revenue growth across enterprise and commercial markets.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Sales will define regional go-to-market strategy, build and develop a high-performing sales organization, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to accelerate growth. This role is responsible for delivering new logo revenue, building executive customer relationships, and creating a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue, pipeline, and new logo targets across North America and LATAM. 
  • Lead the new acquisition (Land) business and Compliance sales motion (iText), driving regional growth and market expansion.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing Sales Leaders and Account Executives. 
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, SalesOps, RevOps, and Sales Engineering to execute go-to-market strategies and accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Build executive relationships with strategic customers and lead complex enterprise negotiations.
  • Foster a partner network to assist in regional deals in LATAM and North America. 
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and operational excellence through disciplined sales processes and CRM management. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to continuously refine sales strategy. 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including leadership of regional sales organizations. 
  • Proven success leading high-performing hunter/new business teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Experience leading sales teams across North America; LATAM experience is preferred. 
  • Strong executive presence with experience selling to enterprise customers and influencing C-level stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales organizations. 
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Experience in developer tools, APIs, SDKs, infrastructure software, or related enterprise technology is preferred.
