POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Sales and Program Management provides executive leadership for revenue growth across Federal, State, and Local Government accounts and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within the healthcare services and medical equipment management sector. This role drives strategic sales initiatives, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring profitable growth and operational excellence.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to grow revenue across government and OEM markets while expanding and retaining existing client relationships.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales and solution development efforts in partnership with Client Partners, Sales and Operations leadership, and clinical and commercial teams.
  • Own business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and resource allocation to ensure consistent performance and visibility across strategic programs.
  • Provide direct leadership and development for a high-performing organization, including a Vice President of Sales, Strategic Account Executives, a Director of Program Management, and Program Managers, along with matrixed sales resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align strategy, ensure execution, and address operational and commercial challenges.
  • Engage senior healthcare leaders and executives to align Agiliti solutions with customer needs, drive value realization, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, operational efficiency, and profitability through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
  • Perform other duties assigned to support business goals and strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for revenue growth and team management.
  • Proven experience leading strategic sales initiatives and program management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, including approximately 50% overnight travel.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Advanced consultative selling and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex business problems and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare, hospital, and medical equipment management industries; government and OEM experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus and commitment to quality, integrity, and service excellence.

Pay Range for All Remote Positions:

$254,183.50-$441,589.98


This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay.
