Perform technical assessments across general insurance portfolios, including pricing adequacy, volatility analysis, retention optimization, and reinsurance structuring.
Develop, validate, and interpret analytical outputs using sound actuarial judgment and first-principles thinking.
Build and review loss projections, stress scenarios, and portfolio performance metrics to support reinsurance decision-making.
Translate technical analysis into commercially relevant insights and clear, market-facing narratives.
Support the structuring and optimization of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance solutions, including quota share, excess of loss, and hybrid arrangements.
Collaborate with brokers and regional stakeholders on client presentations, strategic discussions, and renewal negotiations.
Use internal tools, including MetaRisk, portfolio models, and bespoke analytical frameworks, to develop practical reinsurance solutions.
Challenge assumptions, validate methodologies, and ensure outputs are technically robust, commercially relevant, and aligned with governance standards.
Take ownership of deliverables while working within established peer review and oversight frameworks.
Contribute to analytics framework development, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across regional teams.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders across IMEA.

Ability to independently assess analytical reasonability, validate outputs, and identify inconsistencies or flawed assumptions.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to connect technical findings to practical market outcomes.
Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality.
