Key Responsibilities:
The Vice President role is designed to support the continued deployment of a value-add investment strategy, with a clear focus on driving asset-level performance and identifying scalable growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be expected to adopt a flexible investment mindset, with increasing exposure to alternative sectors where structural tailwinds support outsized returns. A key priority of the role will be to contribute to platform-building initiatives and the establishment of strategic joint ventures with operating partners. The investment focus will centre on high-conviction sectors, including living, industrial, hospitality, and data centres, where active management and operational expertise can unlock value. In this context, the VP will play a critical role in sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions that align with the platform’s long-term strategic ambitions.
Deal origination:
Source attractive investment opportunities, with a focus on French & BeLux transactions through building and maintaining strong relationships with operating partners and intermediaries;
Make recommendations on pursuing investments projects, creating new partnership or financing structures;
Maintain market and targeted asset class monitoring and maintain a network of contact (appraisers, brokers, managers, owners…) to obtain relevant information.
Deal underwriting and project management at a pan-european level:
Lead the evaluation of transactions, including overseeing the development of complex financial models and analyses;
Plan, lead, coordinate and execute the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
Managing workstreams and deal team members, and presenting investment recommendations for approval.
Deal structuring and execution:
Negotiate and structure transactions, including coordination of financing, structuring, tax and legal due diligence workstreams;
Coordinate and participate in financing and refinancing of portfolio investments.
Portfolio monitoring and management:
Help the asset management lead in implementing strategies to maximise the performance of the portfolio (refinancing, early exit, add-on investments …)
Assume responsibility for the execution of individual asset level and venture level business plans including monitoring performance against budgets, income and cost control, project timetables and exit strategies,
Prepare internal quarterly valuation reports, and develop and maintain financial projection models
Ensure that all other stakeholders, including any banking partners, are effectively and professionally communicated with and managed, when taking ownership of an asset level business plan,
Skills & Experience
Relevant Experience:
7 to 10 + years of experiences in real estate, private equity or infrastructure investment ideally with experience in value-add investment, platform building, acquisition and development or Investment Bank
An in-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Strong understanding of real estate legal documents (purchase-sale agreements, partnership and management agreements, financing, mortgages, leases, financial statements …).
Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other AI-tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with experience coaching and developing deal teams
Language: Fluency in English and French with professional competency in other language(s) desirable
Education: Graduate (MBA, MSc or equivalent)
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.
Availability for international travel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
