As a Vice President, Product Owner within the Managed Solutions Product team, you define and execute the vision for enterprise platform modernization across automated regression testing, AI-ready capabilities, and full observability. You drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
You orchestrate cross-functional execution across business, technology, data, QA, risk, operations, and SRE to improve platform quality and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Be the platform SME for investment exposure analytics and define the product vision, roadmap, and delivery agenda for scalable enterprise capabilities, including modernization of core platform services, common data foundations, reusable APIs, and resilient operating models.
Define and socialize a clear AI-ready platform vision aligned with business priorities, data governance, model consumption needs, and responsible AI standards.
Own the observability product agenda across logs, metrics, traces, service health, alerting, dashboards, incident insights, and operational reporting, ensuring platform telemetry supports reliability, availability, performance, and executive decision-making.
Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on value, risk, and feasibility; run sprint planning and quarterly planning. Review completed work to ensure it meets the acceptance criteria and provides value for the customer.
Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA automation engineers, SRE, DevOps, data teams, risk partners, designers, and operations teams to deliver capabilities from concept to production with clear acceptance criteria and measurable value.
Partner with QA, engineering, and DevOps teams to define the strategy for automated regression suites, continuous testing, test coverage metrics, release confidence, and CI/CD integration to improve delivery quality and reduce production risk.
Secure senior management prioritization and funding through compelling business cases, manage expectations and decision-making
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
10+ years in product management, digital platform transformation, platform modernization, or technology product leadership, in large-scale enterprise environments.
Domain expertise in Financial Services, with knowledge of different asset classes and investment products.
7+ years of experience in portfolio analytics-related roles driving end-to-end agenda.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with demonstrable experience in agile product practices including roadmap ownership, outcome-based prioritization, Jira story writing, requirements management, acceptance criteria definition, process design, procedure authoring, and capacity planning.
Ability to translate engineering, QA, SRE, and operations needs into executive-ready narratives, investment cases, measurable OKRs, and delivery roadmaps.
Demonstrated experience defining product strategy for automated regression suites, quality engineering practices, CI/CD-integrated testing, test coverage measurement, defect triage, and release readiness governance.
Strong understanding of scalable platform architecture concepts, including reusable services, APIs, data quality, cloud-native design, resilience, performance, security, and AI-ready data and integration foundations.
Experience driving platform observability capabilities, including telemetry standards, logs, metrics, traces, alerting, dashboards, incident analytics, SLOs/SLIs, and operational health reporting.
Exceptional communication: executive storytelling, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder negotiation.
Organized and effective execution – work independently, set and manage expectations, and proactively manage efforts across multiple teams with effective communication.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other Product certification preferred.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bloomberg, Factset, and MS Office.
