As the Vice President of Product, you will play a critical role in leading our product strategy, vision, and execution while driving innovation in the company. You will work closely with the leadership team, engineers, data scientists, and designers to create groundbreaking products that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will bridge the gap between technology, business strategy, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the development of products that are not only scalable and robust but also align with the broader business objectives.

Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Lead the development of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business financial and strategy goals as well as market opportunities.
- Identify key market trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Spearhead research and development efforts for new technologies and product features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and make decisions about product direction based on technical and market analysis.
Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Serve as the technical leader in the product development process, providing deep insights into software architecture, scalability, and integration challenges.
- Set product design standards and ensure that products are technically feasible and innovative.
- Address technical challenges that arise during development and guide teams to successful resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
- Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication of product milestones and objectives.
- Work closely with customer success and sales teams to gather insights and iteratively improve product offerings.
Product Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of products.
- Regularly communicate product progress and updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Create product presentations that clearly articulate both the technical aspects and business value of product initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Build a team with both product management and technical expertise to drive product excellence.
Customer Focus & Market Insight
- Stay close to customer feedback and market needs, ensuring the development of products that solve real-world problems and offer significant value.
We are interested in speaking to individuals with the following…
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within a technology-driven company. Demonstrated success in building and scaling technology products.
- Strong background in software engineering or a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, machine learning, data science, cloud computing). Proven ability to understand and navigate complex technical challenges, including systems architecture, APIs, data infrastructure, and scalability.
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with other leaders across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Expertise in product development life cycles, from ideation and design to execution and go-to-market. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen. Ability to balance technical and business perspectives to drive product decisions and business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline).
- Experience working in or building startups or innovative technology companies.
Salary: $202,300 - $283,200
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
