Partners with business leaders on hiring needs, drives responsible use of AI and automation, oversees pre-employment processes, and develops team performance through coaching, accountability, and organizational change leadership.

Builds production Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi and AWS CDK, prototypes infrastructure, reviews engineering delivery, and creates handoff documentation. Provides technical leadership, mentors architects, supports cloud strategy, evaluates AWS services, and embeds cost optimization, governance, security, and compliance practices into platform design.

Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.

Provides administrative support to multiple managers, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation preparation, recordkeeping, correspondence, phone and visitor reception, budget reporting, office supply procurement, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully onsite five days per week in the Denver Tech Center.

Plans and executes internal audits across organizational risk areas, including fraud risk. Manages audit lifecycle activities from planning through remediation follow-up, advises stakeholders on internal controls and risk mitigation, supports enterprise risk assessments, develops audit plans, coordinates with assurance functions and external auditors, and contributes to data analytics, quality improvement, and audit reporting.
