Vice President, Product Management (Cross-Border Services)OverviewMastercard Move Cross-Border Services is transforming the way money moves across borders—bringing speed, transparency, and certainty to international payments. Through a single, secure connection, Mastercard enables banks, businesses, and digital platforms / NBFIs to send and receive money in over 150 markets, with access to real-time bank deposits, local low-value payments, cash delivery, cards, and digital wallets etc. methods. Whether it's for personal remittances, business disbursements, or commercial payments, Mastercard Move empowers partners to scale globally, reduce complexity, and deliver seamless payment experiences.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Management Leader to drive innovation, growth, and exceptional cardholder experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and partners to enhance product offerings, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives that support business expansion and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and influence the broader financial services landscape.
Role
As a key member of our product team, you will:
• Define multi-year product roadmap and capabilities with a vision of building best cross-border services in the industry, in reflection product growth, differentiated value proposition, customer experience and platform resiliency, scalability and expandability
• Champion positive end-user experiences by working closely with customers and partners.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive market penetration and GDV growth.
• Manage existing product lines, including vendor relationships and performance monitoring.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and innovations in the financial services space.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Technology, Regional and Marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept validation and business case development to go-to-market execution and end-of-life planning.
• Direct strategic and financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
All About You
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive background in product management, development, and marketing within financial services or the bankcard industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record of managing teams and consistently delivering impactful results.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and strategic planning.
Skills & Abilities:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success in identifying market opportunities and launching innovative solutions.

Work Conditions:
• General office environment with some travel required.
