Job Specifications: 

• Service middle to large line accounts including; evaluate existing coverages, and make recommendations as needed.
• Prepare detailed coverage analysis for new business submissions and any renewal marketing submissions.
• Receive, review, and forward invoices, policies, endorsements and other documents as necessary.
• Review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binder specifications.
• Prepare applications, marketing specifications, and proposals. 
• Apply (basic) proficiency of loss analysis as needed.
• Assure proper disposition of items on expiration lists.
• Review client contracts for insurance program compliance.
• Experience with complex programs (i.e.: high deductibles, layered programs etc.).
• Assist VP with overseeing team

Required Experience: 5-7 years with mid to large lines servicing experience, preferably with broker.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
• Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
• Superior customer service skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must have valid P&C license
• Epic experience preferred
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 annual to $150,000 annual and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
