We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Operations Data and Process Architect team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the design and implementation of data transfer strategies by demonstrating expertise in operational data architecture to optimize data flow and integration.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing overall data integrity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data transfer activities to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving innovation within the operations framework.
- Implement best practices in data management and integration, aligning with BNY's principles of collaboration and client-focused service.
- Provide insights and recommendations on data-driven strategies to support decision-making processes across operations.
- Leverage data insights to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality data transfer and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Payments Operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is an advantage.
