JOB TITLE: Vice President – NS8488901
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to conduct proprietary financial research based on clients’ requests, including industry and competitive landscape, and providing merger, acquisition, financing and other advisory services. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent and four (4) years of experience providing financial advisory and strategy with clients within automotive, chemicals, machinery, diversified industrials, building products and materials, as well as metals and mining industries, based on analysis of macro industry, business, finance, operations, and human capital topics; running financial modeling and analysis and synergies analysis for M&A transactions in areas including business operations, finance, and human capital analyses; executing cross border mergers and acquisition transactions and investment and business projects across US, Europe and Asia; preparing and presenting analyses to C-suite and analyzing clients’ business operations and financing data to formulate optimal management and financial strategies; conducting financial and other business due diligence; developing new client and generating new revenue streams; and in executing duties, utilizing MS office suite and financial database and tools including Bloomberg, Factset and Thomson Reuters. Salary range: $275,000.00 – $280,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
