What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, driving strategy and execution across all channels.

  • Manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing/communications experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
