Supports financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making across business units. Responsibilities include financial data validation, reconciliations, close processes, financial statements, variance analysis, KPI reporting, scenario modeling, grant and contract budgeting, compliance, and process improvement. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and improve reporting and operational efficiency.

Provides administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel’s office, including legal research, correspondence, regulatory filings, corporate governance, subpoena responses, legal holds, document management, compliance support, and preparation for legal proceedings. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a collaborative office environment.

Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, post journal entries and accruals, perform reconciliations, support month-/year-end close, monitor budgets, manage purchasing card and banking operations, assist with audits and contract billing, ensure GAAP compliance, and identify process improvements.

Lead requirements gathering, analyze and model business processes, document scope and system designs, translate needs into Agile user stories, coordinate implementations, provide end-user training and support, and recommend process improvements to align systems with organizational strategy.

Support departmental financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, grant and contract budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, performance monitoring, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and funding requirements.

Lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into applications and workflows, manage Agile development, perform upgrades, configure ITSM modules, integrate third-party APIs, ensure platform reliability, and provide technical leadership and training.
