Provide multi-faith pastoral guidance and spiritual leadership to youth and congregation at Boys Town, lead worship services and Bible studies, oversee sacramental records and special events, mentor youth, build volunteer teams, coordinate with staff and external faith communities, and maintain safety, abuse reporting, and attendance at training.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze needs, document requirements, recommend system improvements, support design/testing/implementation, train end users, and use analytics and AI-driven insights to improve processes and decision-making.

Design, develop, and support headless CMS-driven web applications and cloud-hosted systems using React/Next.js and Azure. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, optimize cloud environments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, create integrations/APIs, mentor team members, and provide on-call support and end-user training. Incorporates AI tools and continuous improvement practices.

Lead enterprise procurement, vendor management, purchasing, contract lifecycle, warehouse and inventory, accounts payable, and travel & expense functions. Develop strategy, drive cost efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, implement procurement systems, and manage cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Provide twice-weekly 30-minute home visits with toddlers and families to deliver curriculum-based literacy and play activities, complete assessments (ASQ, CBT/PACT), document services in HBDS/MIS, make referrals, perform outreach, and follow safety and mandated reporting procedures.

Supervise and facilitate youth recreational activities, ensure facility safety, assist with athletic events and school-day support, monitor attendance and communications, provide lifeguard duties if certified, and foster positive relationships with youth and staff using the Boys Town Model.

Provide direct care and supervision for youth, maintain a safe therapeutic milieu using the Psychoeducational Model (PEM), monitor physical needs, document behavior, participate in group activities, model appropriate social skills, follow safety and restraint protocols, may serve as patient sitter, and support program and staff development while adhering to hospital policies and training requirements.

Manage enterprise risk management, insurance placement, claims and loss prevention programs. Evaluate exposures, recommend policies, forecast insurance budgets, administer captive insurance and certificates, maintain safety and loss control measures, and advise leadership on risk mitigation and compliance across locations.

Support laboratory research by preparing stimuli and materials, collecting and analyzing human/animal data, calibrating and maintaining equipment, recruiting and scheduling subjects, and documenting results for investigators. Follow lab safety and required certifications.

Deliver one-on-one and small-group play sessions in elementary schools to support social-emotional development and school adjustment. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff, maintain progress documentation, attend trainings and meetings, and promote a safe, nurturing environment for students.

Assist with preparation of stimuli and research tools, data collection and analysis, equipment calibration and maintenance, recruitment and testing of human/animal subjects, record keeping, and reporting results to investigators in an auditory physiology research lab.

Provide overnight supervision and care for youth in residential settings—maintain safety and security, monitor and document overnight activity, respond to incidents and medical or physical needs, transport youth as needed, and participate in trainings and team communication.

Operate radiographic and CT equipment to produce diagnostic images, process and send images to PACS, perform patient positioning and screening, administer contrast when indicated, complete clerical/billing tasks, maintain supplies and infection control, and participate in quality improvement and survey readiness.

Coordinate daily clinical laboratory operations including staff scheduling, training, quality control, specimen processing, testing, result communication, and maintenance of procedures to ensure accurate, efficient patient laboratory services.

Provide post-program consultation, case management, and family support to youth transitioning from out-of-home care. Deliver parent training, coordinate with schools and community services, create service plans and documentation, transport youth as authorized, respond to crises on a rotational schedule, and ensure compliance with program and regulatory standards.

Provide psychological assessments and therapy to children and families at a behavioral health clinic, complete clinical documentation and productivity targets, perform clinical/cognitive/psychoeducational testing, consult with referral sources, and pursue continuing education in pediatric clinical psychology.

Lead enterprise IT strategy and operations across a multi-location organization. Oversee infrastructure, applications, security, vendor management, digital transformation, IT governance, budgeting, and a high-performing IT team to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Support research studies by preparing stimuli and materials, recruiting and scheduling subjects, collecting and analyzing data, calibrating and maintaining lab and electronic equipment, maintaining records, and reporting results to investigators.
