Provide post-program consultation, case management, and family support to youth transitioning from out-of-home care. Deliver parent training, coordinate with schools and community services, create service plans and documentation, transport youth as authorized, respond to crises on a rotational schedule, and ensure compliance with program and regulatory standards.

Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas (exam rooms, classrooms, gym, cafeteria, restrooms, etc.) following regulatory standards. Maintain safety and uncluttered environments, report hazards and maintenance issues, secure buildings, use approved chemicals with PPE, spot clean, remove waste, and complete required trainings and competencies.

Performs diagnostic radiographic exams using x-ray, fluoroscopy, c-arm, portable and dental equipment. Prepares rooms and contrast, positions patients, processes and routes images to PACS, assists providers, maintains supplies, trains staff, and follows radiation safety, sterile technique, billing and patient education procedures.

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, preparing confidential reports and presentations, handling correspondence, supervising clerical tasks, maintaining records, and supporting special projects and workflow improvements in a fast-paced office environment.

Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric central nervous system disorders; develop pediatric neurology services; participate in clinical, translational, and basic research; collaborate on multidisciplinary teams.

Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP. Lead migrations, create IaC blueprints, enforce cloud standards, monitor performance and costs, run POCs, and guide engineering and DevOps teams on architecture and security/compliance.

Provide direct pediatric gastroenterology care to inpatient and ambulatory patients; participate on multi-disciplinary teams; design and conduct clinical/basic research; contribute to education programs; develop program objectives and staffing; undertake special projects as directed.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI and MEG instruments; develop and implement algorithms for MEG/MRI data analysis; provide software and hardware support, perform installations and inspections, and coordinate with researchers, clinicians, and facilities.

Provide immediate crisis support via phone, text, chat, or email. Deliver short-term counseling, de-escalation, and problem-solving; offer referrals and resources; accurately document interactions and maintain confidentiality. Work overnight/on-site with weekend and some holiday coverage required.

Provide overnight supervision and safety for youth in residential care: monitor behavior, respond to incidents, record activity, assist with medical or physical needs, transport youth as needed, and attend trainings.

Provide a safe, nurturing home for foster children; support teenagers, sibling groups, medically fragile or behaviorally challenged youth. Receive training, 24/7 support, and a daily stipend of $26-$52 per child.

Manage and oversee foster family services including staff supervision, recruitment, licensing, training, and clinical oversight. Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, coordinate placements and intake, analyze program data, manage program budget and reporting, provide crisis intervention and stakeholder communication, and support foster parent training and evaluation.

Operates radiographic equipment (including fluoroscopy, C-arm, dental and portable units) to obtain images, positions and instructs patients, applies sterile technique, prepares contrast media, assists providers, processes and sends images to PACS, completes clerical/billing tasks, maintains supplies, orients/trains staff, participates in quality and survey readiness, and covers call/holiday rotation. Schedule Mon-Fri 3-11 PM with on-call responsibilities.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure. Install and configure switches, routers, firewalls, and access points; troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and security issues; document network diagrams; monitor network performance; coordinate with carriers and lead projects; provide on-call support and travel to Boys Town locations as needed.

Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, record behavioral observations, assist clinicians in test selection and interpretation, schedule patients, support research, and orient trainees.

Perform routine and long-term EEG studies, obtain medical history, activate/record based on symptoms, merge/clip/prune long-term studies, document findings, provide patient education, and support office/reception duties while following safety and hospital policies.

Recruit and welcome new foster homes to provide safe, nurturing environments for children in need across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Provide initial screening (online questionnaire), training, and ongoing support through Boys Town New England to meet urgent placement needs.

Provide financial and administrative support including monitoring invoices, payroll processing, budgets, reporting, compliance audits, record-keeping, and ad-hoc projects. Coordinate accounts receivable/payable, banking, and department policies in support of the Financial Operations Officer.

Live on-site as a married couple to provide family-style care for 6-8 at-risk youth. Provide emotional support, teach parenting and life skills, manage household schedules and budgeting, supervise assistant staff, document youth progress, perform crisis intervention and safety procedures, and participate in required training.

Boys Town seeks foster parents in specified Nebraska counties to provide safe, nurturing homes for children. Applicants must be 21+, high school graduates, and pass a criminal background check. Training, daily reimbursement, and 24/7 support are provided. Urgent needs include caregivers for teenagers, sibling placements, multilingual homes, and parents skilled with behavioral or medically fragile youth.
