Position Responsibilities
Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations with expertise in all transportation modes; outbound LTL expertise a plus.
Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
