As a Vice President of Leisure Travel Marketing within Chase Travel, you will be tasked with the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at promoting demand, enhancing brand visibility, and accelerating travel sales. Your role as a seasoned marketing professional will involve leveraging your deep experience in digital marketing, email marketing platforms, social media strategy, and performance marketing within the leisure travel or luxury space. With a customer-first, data-promoten mindset, you will be responsible for crafting personalized targeting strategies and merchandising plans to promote revenue growth and establish Chase Travel Group and our advisory brands as a premier offering for luxury travelers.
Job responsibilities

  • Innovate and Inspire: Develop and implement dynamic demand generation and growth marketing strategies that captivate and retain customers for Chase Travel Groups' prestigious brands, FROSCH and Valerie Wilson Travel.
  • Drive Performance: Spearhead the creation of a high-impact performance marketing framework that accelerates travel sales and boosts profitability.
  • Engage and Expand: Lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing social media and paid media campaigns across diverse platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Personalize and Connect: Harness the power of marketing technologies to elevate email marketing efforts, ensuring personalized and impactful communication with our target audience.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive deep into marketing performance data to extract insights and refine campaigns for enhanced ROI and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate and Create: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including creative, travel advisors, and supplier relations, to align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Visualize and Communicate: Partner with Analytics teams to craft digital dashboards with KPIs that align with travel platform engagement and revenue goals, delivering insights to key stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Lead and Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Chase Travel Group remains a trailblazer in luxury travel marketing.
  • Partner and Achieve: Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies and partners to amplify marketing efforts and achieve business goals.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance and demand marketing.
  • Proven track record of crafting and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for travel and innovation.
