Job Description
 

About the Role: 

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the VP, GTM Systems will lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, and optimization of all systems and processes supporting Sprinklr’s go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance and Revenue Operations. This role will directly manage our Salesforce ecosystem and related GTM productivity and intelligence tools and processes.  

This leader will serve as the strategic bridge and a key decision maker between IT and GTM functions — ensuring end-to-end alignment of people, processes, and technologies across the entire Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle. 

 

This leader will also drive meaningful and results oriented AI-enabled transformation of GTM systems and processes.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Systems Ownership: Define and drive the GTM systems vision, roadmap, and architecture to support Sprinklr’s growth, revenue, and customer experience goals. 

  • Salesforce Leadership: Own the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud), integrations, and customizations to support scalable sales operations. 

  • GTM Tech Stack Optimization: Lead implementation and ongoing management of tools. 

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product/R&D, Finance, IT and Data teams to understand needs and drive integrated solutions. 

  • Workflow & Automation: Streamline and automate core GTM processes including lead routing, opportunity management, pipeline reporting, renewals, and QTC workflows. 

  • Innovation & AI: Identify and embed intelligent automation opportunities using Sprinklr's AI capabilities and external tools to improve efficiency and insight across GTM operations. Stay grounded in real world applications and measurable results of AI-enabled transformation. 

  • IT Alignment & Governance: Ensure strong system governance, data security, and compliance across all GTM platforms in alignment with enterprise IT strategy. 

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing GTM systems team of architects, admins, analysts, and program managers. 

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 12+ years of experience leading business systems, GTM systems, or enterprise CRM architecture in a SaaS or enterprise software company. 

  • 5+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills 

  • Proven success working cross-functionally across Sales, IT, Product, and Finance to drive system adoption, alignment, and innovation. 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field. Master's degree a plus 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations 

  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, lead-to-opportunity, and post-sale workflows. 

  • Experience in a high-growth, global B2B software environment with enterprise customers. 

  • Ability to manage complex system integrations and deliver business outcomes through technology. 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. 

  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS billing (e.g. Zuora), enterprise data architecture, and/or use of AI in GTM systems.

Compensation Range

$215,000 - $286,000 - $358,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
