As a Global Security Investigator in the EMEA team, you will conduct thorough investigations to identify wrongdoing and protect our company's reputation. You will collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Human Resources, and Compliance, to ensure comprehensive fact-finding and root cause analysis. Your work will drive system and procedural changes, enhancing our security measures and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations with a focus on detailed evidence-based analysis.
  • Prepare well-written reports, concentrating on relevant facts and accumulating evidence for disciplinary hearings.
  • Carry out structured interviews to elicit detailed and accurate accounts of events or situations, both in-person and virtually.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and interview preparation.
  • Identify anomalies and extract facts from multiple sources, simplifying them for easy comprehension across varying audiences.
  • Understand evidence and maintain continuity.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance within financial services.
  • Investigate external third-party fraud and handle law enforcement requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Proven experience in conducting detailed investigations.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex interviews.
  • Proficiency in standard office technology and case management systems, ensuring up-to-date compliance.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong teamwork skills, demonstrating flexibility, dedication, and excellent collaboration.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with a proactive and tenacious approach.
  • Exemplary integrity standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including emotional intelligence in the workplace.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, demonstrating influence and impact across all levels.
