The Vice President of Global Pricing reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Success within Global Solutions. Global Solutions is the heart of our company, encompassing all things product and infusing innovation into both the U.S. and international markets. This dynamic and fast-paced division, embodying a start-up culture, is driven by a diverse team of builders, working together to address the pain points of our clients with fraud, identity verification, and marketing solutions across a broad spectrum of industries and markets.
What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of strategy and management experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or financial services or technology firm with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within a complex global organization and comfort working in dynamic high growth environments.
  • Experience to develop innovative pricing strategies grounded in disciplined governance and heavily informed by data.

  • Passion for solving complex business problems, building scalable processes, continuously seeking areas of improvement, leading with urgency and challenging the status quo.
  • Experience establishing a vision for an organization and leading the transformation, driving change with leadership partners from sales, product, business development, and finance teams in highly matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively combine sophisticated analytical skills with business acumen to assess problems, discern insights, develop solutions and drive change.
  • Outstanding executive-level written and communication skills including highly effective PowerPoint presentation capabilities and excellent at visual display of quantitative information to ultimately drive clarity and context to all stakeholders.
  • Experience building and leading a B2B pricing function for global data and/or software products, including all aspects of strategy and execution.
  • Strong influence and communication skills to effectively advocate for pricing strategies and gain buy-in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep analytical and quantitative skills (with statistics, modeling, and/or SQL a plus)
  • Financial or quantitative undergraduate BA/BS degree and MBA strongly preferred


Impact You'll Make:

  • You will lead the transformation of the pricing function, including the adoption of best practices, advanced analytics and technology solutions to enhance our pricing capabilities from strategy through execution, governance and reporting.
  • You will have the opportunity to elevate our global pricing capabilities and help solve critical business challenges to drive revenue and increase our strategic management of price across the organization.
  • You will be responsible for modernizing the current pricing practices and governance, increasing transparency through the development of key performance indicators and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing practices to improve price realization.
  • This will include the identification, evaluation, execution and enablement of thoughtful changes to how we price our solutions, as well as oversight of day-to-day operational pricing activities.
  • You will also have the opportunity to define the organizational requirements for pricing in the future and to evolve the organizational design to meet those needs. You will identify, assess, create and mentor a strong global team to support the future pricing operation for TransUnion. You will be responsible for change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new pricing processes and tools across the organization.


This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $204,010.00 - $357,500.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
