Job Description

Reporting into the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, we are seeking a Global Head of Talent Strategy & Development to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise talent efforts to ensure the organization has the leadership, capabilities, and workforce readiness to meet business objectives and support ongoing transformation. This role integrates leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning to drive business results, strengthen engagement and retention, and enable organizational agility.
As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, this role partners closely across HR and with senior business leaders to shape and advance the enterprise human capital strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders, the Global Head of Talent delivers a high-impact, data-informed talent agenda aligned to enterprise priorities and focused on measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise talent strategy and global execution of leadership development and performance management, ensuring high-quality, end-to-end delivery of programs that strengthen capability, engagement, and retention across all levels.
  • Set strategic direction for Talent Development, aligning priorities to evolving business needs, optimizing team effectiveness, and ensuring resources are deployed to meet enterprise demands.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and deliver a Talent strategy that supports business objectives, enables organizational agility, and drives large-scale transformation. Oversee core processes including performance management, talent review, and succession planning.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design targeted talent solutions that address business-specific development needs while aligning to enterprise priorities.
  • Drive enterprise workforce planning in partnership with key stakeholders, aligning talent supply with future business needs through scenario modeling and capability forecasting.
  • Anticipate workforce impacts of AI and automation, partnering with business and technology leaders to advance reskilling and future workforce readiness.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions, measure impact, and connect talent strategies to business outcomes.
  • Lead key talent initiatives and cross-functional projects, incorporating external trends and benchmarking to continuously evolve and strengthen practices.
  • Facilitate talent discussions and coach senior leaders, supporting strategic talent decisions and leadership effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment across talent processes, reinforcing connections between development, performance, and engagement.
  • Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance, and oversee budget management to optimize investment and address emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or related fields, including experience operating at an enterprise level
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise talent strategies aligned to business priorities and transformation efforts
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear priorities, focusing on what drives the greatest business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve and elevate core talent programs and processes (e.g., performance management, talent review, succession planning) to meet changing organizational needs
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate external best practices into practical, scalable solutions that fit the organization
  • Ability to operate with urgency and adapt approach and communication style to effectively engage a range of stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong data orientation, with ability to leverage analytics and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Expertise in training assessment instruments and methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and business consulting skills; strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on engagement, accountability, and growth
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships across HR and the business to shape and advance the enterprise human capital strategy

A trusted partner, they build strong relationships and communicate with clarity across businesses and geographies, adapting their approach to engage various audiences. They bring a practical, commercial mindset and the ability to translate leading practices into solutions that fit the organization and drive impact.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $275,000 - $325,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances
