Responsibilities :

• Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
• Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
• Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Engineer complex, large scale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development.
• Utilize an in-depth knowledge of tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
• Utilize Java, JDBC, Java Script, TypeScript, Angular, Spring, Web services (REST and SOAP) and Linux.
• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
• Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
• Engineering complex, large scale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues;
• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs using Agile development;
• Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions; and,
• Utilizing Java, JDBC, Java Script, TypeScript, Angular, Spring, Web services (REST and SOAP) and Linux.
