Responsibilities :

  • Build and implement new and upgraded solutions for ATM, including user interfaces, device handling software, crucial marketing needs, secure keying, ADA compliance and hardware health/operational monitoring solutions.
  • Support the migration and upgrade of ATM applications and ecosystems to new technology platforms, operating systems, and security solutions to meet functional, non-functional, security and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical complexities to ensure the team meets enterprise architecture, risk, security, release, and support/operational requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders/product owners to ensure clear requirements for input to application designs.
  • Review architecture and design approaches for the ATM eco system.
  • Design and develop large scale web applications, spikes/proof of concepts using Java, Webservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript ES6+, Angular, and HTML5.
  • Design and engineer low latency, data-intensive, real-time messaging, and scalable web services using Java, JMS, IBM MQ, and Confluent Kafka.
  • Execute SDLC flow using SDM tools such as JIRA and Bitbucket, automating end to end software cycle utilizing full stack expertise in UI, API, unit tests, functional tests, and CI/CD deployment using Jenkins, Celestial and Ansible Tower.
  • Drive adoption of strong application security using defensive programming, Mutual TLS, and API security using JWT tokens for authentication and authorization.
  • Implement web applications using JBoss, Tomcat, and monitor application health using Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure ATM eco system health.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.


Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related; and
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Designing and developing large scale web applications, spikes/proof of concepts using Java, Webservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript ES6+, Angular and HTML5;
  • Designing and engineering low latency, data-intensive, real-time messaging and scalable web services using Java, JMS, IBM MQ and Confluent Kafka;
