Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of card issuing and related operations.
Oversee card project development in line with business directives and compliance requirements. Work closely with the IT Department and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery within agreed timelines. Monitor project priorities and resource allocation in accordance with budget and planning.
Collaborate with Group teams and lead relevant card teams to support system localization and development initiatives.
Proactively identify potential business opportunities to drive growth in the card business and develop effective customer lifecycle strategies
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Information Management
Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit card management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Solid knowledge of credit card products and operation flow for both issuing and acquiring businesses, as well as compliance and card association requirements
Proven track record in system implementation and project management
Self-motivated and independent, with strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office with hands-on experience in card and ATM systems
