In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with third-party risk management requirements, including due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and risk assessments for vendors and intra-group entities.
  • Manage DBS intragroup outsourcing (DIGOS) activities in line with regulatory
    guidelines and internal policies.
  • Guide project teams through required risk processes and approvals to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Drive and perform general ledger account ownership (GLAO) certification to ensure accurate financial controls.
  • Manage performance scorecards, including KPI tracking, reporting, and system updates.
  • Drive change management quality by reviewing change requests and ensuring postimplementation reviews are consistently performed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a business management or IT support role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address IT infrastructure-related challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of relevant business and IT management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, technologies, and best practices

Skills Required
