Vetting Administrator

Job Description:

Create and maintain accurate electronic records of all vetting applications and the outcome.

Approve BPSS applications following approved procedures and escalates to the Vetting Manager any which fall outside of scope of delegated authority.

Submit clearance applications and transfers to UK Security Vetting (UKSV), and other HMG vetting authorities.

Issue notification of successful vetting to applicants and their sponsor/manager.

On a rota basis, monitor emails received into the group mailbox and process as appropriate.

Respond to enquiries from applicants and their sponsors/managers regarding status of vetting applications.

Respond to enquiries, both internally and externally, for confirmation of security clearances.

Assist with housekeeping tasks in relation to all electronic vetting records when required.

Process outgoing visit requests to FSC and domestic government sites.

Liaises with DXC Receptions and Site Security to confirm clearance levels for visitors.
