About the Role: At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in driving the adoption and retention of our Healthcare customers. This involves assisting in qualification, driving alignment on a vision to solve the client’s challenges, architecting how our solutions can integrate into client infrastructure, delivering the final pitch, and some post-sales support.
That portfolio includes our Identity Verification/Proofing solutions, Identity/Patient Management Suite, Provider Data Insights solutions and Claims Insights products.
The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of at least one solution line listed above, with general awareness of the others. Also important is a general knowledge of the Healthcare Ecosystem, with deeper knowledge of one of our markets (Payer, Provider, Pharmacy and Life Sciences) highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution LexisNexis Healthcare portfolio solutions to meet potential client requirements, pain points, and needs. The proposed solution should effectively meet the client’s success criteria, solve their problem, and enable a sale.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and implement targeted sales strategies for each market segment to enhance solution line performance.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Strategy and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide expert guidance on the deployment and utilization of our solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients, including creating internal content for sales enablement.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Willingness to learn and expand your skills to the solutions and markets you are unfamiliar with.
- Provide “Voice of the Customer” insights to internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel, as needed, to client meetings and conferences (up to 35%.)
Qualifications:
- This position requires a deep understanding of industry trends, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer interactions.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven problem-solving skills, be adept at identifying problems, and producing innovative solutions. This involves technical problem-solving and understanding the business context and constraints.
- Effective tactical and strategic thinking skills by understanding short and long-term implications of solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to objection handle and pivot to client requirements mid-meeting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5 years + in client facing roles, including familiarity with a complex solution selling methodology
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions products
- General understanding of the healthcare industry and how key data sources—including claims, prescription data, medical records, provider data, and patient/member identity information—support workflows across payers, providers, pharmacies, and life sciences organizations.
- Familiarity with the role Identity Verification/Authentication plays within overall IAM Platform and Strategy
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Colorado, the base pay range is $118,300 - $219,800.If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $124,200 - $230,800.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $130,200 - $241,800.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $130,200 - $241,800.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $142,000 - $263,800.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $118,300 - $219,800.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $149,765 - $239,235.
