Join Our Team as a Vertical HR Manager
ISG Enterprises is seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to serve as a Vertical HR Manager supporting multiple operating companies within one of our business verticals. This role is ideal for an HR leader who enjoys both strategic partnership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced operational environment.
As a Vertical HR Manager, you will serve as the primary HR partner for assigned companies, supporting leaders and employees across all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, benefits support, HR administration, and leadership coaching.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with business leaders across multiple locations while helping drive consistency, accountability, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Include
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations and workplace investigations
- Leadership coaching and performance management support
- HR compliance and policy administration
- Leave of absence and accommodation coordination
- HRIS administration and employee record management
- Benefits support and employee communication
- Workforce planning and organizational support
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong employee relations and compliance background
- Experience supporting multiple locations or business units preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
