Coordinates interviews and candidate communications, maintains accurate ATS records, assists with job postings, and supports recruiting administration across multiple companies and business units.

Support end-to-end M&A activities including pipeline management, target screening, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, closing support, and post-close integration. Maintain CRM, deal databook, valuation models, and team reporting in Excel and Power BI while leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis and support FP&A and controllership exposure.

Lead regional EHS programs across multiple sites: ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, conduct audits and inspections, investigate incidents, deliver training, manage safety KPIs, administer Intelex, communicate DOT/MVR requirements, liaise with regulators, and drive continuous safety improvements with up to 50% travel.
