About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Versioning & Production Specialist to support Multiplatform marketing operations across Sony Pictures Entertainment’s businesses in Latin America, including Home Entertainment, TV Production, TV Distribution, TV Networks, Ad Sales, Affiliates, FAST Channels, and Sony One.
This is a highly operational, execution-focused role responsible for adapting and versioning assets across multiple formats, platforms, and markets. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at scale, handling high volumes of requests, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and speed across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and version on-air promos, digital assets, social media content, key art, and print materials across multiple formats and markets
- Resize, localize, and reformat assets for different platforms and technical specifications (TV, social, digital, OOH, print)
- Execute video versioning, including edits for format, duration, language, subtitles, and platform requirements
- Prepare and deliver files for broadcast, digital publishing, and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform specifications
- Manage high-volume workflows with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders across LATAM
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
- Maintain and organize asset libraries and version control systems
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on all deliverables before distribution
- Stay up to date with platform specs, formatting requirements, and production tools, including automation and AI-assisted workflows
Qualifications
- Degree or technical training in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in production, versioning, or asset adaptation roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience working with Multiplatform formats (broadcast, digital, social media, print, large-scale)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere; After Effects is a plus)
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, subtitles, and delivery specifications
- Experience with file preparation for print and large-format production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple versions, formats, and languages
- Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
- Strong organizational and asset management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; working proficiency in English required
- Openness to using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in entertainment, media, or broadcast environments
- Familiarity with on-air promo versioning workflows and delivery standards
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
- Experience supporting multi-market LATAM campaigns
- Knowledge of digital platform specifications (social, streaming, display)
