As a Sales Planning and Operations Intern, you'll manage deals, prepare sales data, track performance, and support marketing asset delivery.

Lead payroll systems operations, projects, testing, and analytics for U.S. and Canadian payrolls. Serve as functional SME, drive implementations and improvements, resolve complex system issues, ensure data integrity and compliance (including union rules), and manage cross-functional stakeholders and team members to deliver scalable payroll services.

This role manages compliance processes, leads merger integrations, and develops compliance solutions in collaboration with business teams.

Support month-end/quarter/year-end Record-to-Report activities across entities: prepare journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and close documentation; ensure compliance with policies and controls; participate in audits; resolve discrepancies; drive process improvement, standardization, and automation; partner with finance teams and external providers to deliver timely, accurate financial information.

Provide senior-level administrative and project support for marketing executives: manage calendars, meetings, travel, purchase orders, vendor billing, document flow, onboarding, databases, phone coverage, and general office tasks. Requires occasional after-hours work, frequent coordination with internal/external stakeholders, and strong organizational, communication, and finance competency.

Lead marketing analytics for theatrical campaigns: analyze audiences, measure campaign performance, synthesize multi-source data into actionable insights, build dashboards and visualizations, support data pipelines and quality control, leverage AI/LLMs to accelerate analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform marketing strategy and reporting.

Provide first- and second-level end-user support for Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, telephony and meeting room AV. Provision devices, perform account administration, manage incidents in ServiceNow, support local Windows Server, networking and storage operations, participate in IT projects and UAT, coordinate assets/licenses/vendors, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Lead sourcing, evaluation, and deal execution for worldwide feature film acquisitions. Originate and close financing/production deals, build industry relationships, evaluate creative and commercial potential, maintain market intelligence, and present high-conviction opportunities to senior leadership to shape Sony Pictures’ film slate.

Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc analysis for Sony Pictures Television. Build financial models, automate reporting, create interactive dashboards, prepare variance analysis and collaborate with business units and accounting to inform strategic decisions and corporate submissions.

Provide regional first-level support for business and financial applications across Asia Pacific; act as finance subject-matter expert; gather and translate requirements into functional specs; collaborate with developers; produce documentation and training; support project implementation, testing, upgrades, rollout and post-launch support.

The Coordinator, Technical Operations supports the Technical Operations team with operational continuity, workflow tracking, billing coordination, and event management across multiple productions and vendors.

Lead and manage the screen credits process: analyze contracts for guild obligations, create and vet main/end title layouts, ensure guild and studio compliance, coordinate stakeholders, supervise coordinators, manage submissions (Academy, Golden Globes, BAFTA), obtain waivers, and maintain tracking documents and templates to meet delivery deadlines.

Responsible for payroll management, HR administration, operational HR support, and providing administrative and accounting support for employees in two French divisions.

Lead finance transformation initiatives, manage complex projects, optimize financial processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance finance performance.

Provide production administration and coordination for Sony's International Formats consultancy: act as first contact for licensees/OpCos, maintain production bibles and databases, manage assets and tracking, support launches, travel and diary coordination, prepare reports and client materials, and improve production processes to ensure timely, accurate information flow across internal teams and external partners.

Support divisional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital project governance, and monthly results analysis. Build financial models, analyze variances, prepare executive reports and presentations, partner with business leaders on investment decisions, and drive process improvements for planning and reporting.

Support event coordination (premieres, press tours, Comic-Con) and fact-checking, clip pulling, and on-location PR activities.

Perform market and festival-focused research to identify and track film acquisition targets; generate daily news reports, analyze social media and box office trends, evaluate scripts and films, maintain festival and market databases, and support acquisitions strategy alongside the Manager, Acquisitions.

Lead audience, content, advertising, and product insights for Sony Pictures Core AVOD/FAST. Define insights strategy, advise executives, run UX and monetization analytics, and own data product roadmaps and delivery to drive platform growth.
