Located in the heart of Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, Retro’s delivers iconic nights soundtracked by the best of the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s. A favourite with locals and tourists alike, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
As Venue Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality service every night.

Essential requirements:
2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue
Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
Understanding of P&Ls, COGs & GPs
Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Write and control an effective roster
Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
