Located in the heart of Crown Metropol, Lobby Lounge is renowned for its elevated guest experiences and diverse day to night offering. By day, guests enjoy premium coffee, breakfast and indulgent High Tea experiences. By night, the venue transforms into a vibrant lounge setting featuring tapas, signature cocktails, champagne and live entertainment.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Venue Manager to lead Lobby Lounge and continue delivering exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in premium environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of service, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of Lobby Lounge
  • Inspire, develop and coach a diverse team of hospitality professionals
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation and operational excellence
  • Manage labour, financial performance, stock control and compliance requirements
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to venue growth and success
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Commercially focused with proven success leading teams and delivering operational outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

To Be Successful, You'll Need

  • A current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
  • Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Hold full Australian working rights
