We’re on the hunt for a REAL Venue Manager, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

On the banks of Biggera Waters, you’ll find us, Dublin Docks. We’ve been a local favourite for years, serving delicious food and refreshing brews to all who walk in our doors.
A day in the life of a Venue Manager:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements

Skills Required
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
- Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) or Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) qualification, as required by state regulations
- Ability to safely perform regular manual handling and lifting, including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries
- Hospitality or pub management experience
- Ability to complete Employee Due Diligence checks, potentially including a National Police Check
