Venture Manager (NYC)

Salary Range: $140,000-170,000/annum• Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

 

We’re looking for a Venture Manager who will act as a strategic catalyst to transform high-level founder vision into scalable, high-growth business units. In this role, you will be the bridge between consulting sharpness and execution obsession, leading the end-to-end launch of our most critical company missions.

 
What You'll Do 🎯
  • Launch & Build Fintech Ventures: Spearhead large-scale Fintech ventures from zero to high-revenue integration, owning the entire strategic lifecycle from inception to execution.

  • Execute CEO Missions: Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with our leadership team, using rapid testing and data-based decisions to move from strategy to reality.

  • Own Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for the world’s biggest advertisers, managing high-level expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Scale Operational Frameworks: Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency in collaboration with R&D leads.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Sprints: Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered without delay and reach our high quality standards.

Skills Required

  • Proven track record in venture building, strategic consulting, or high-growth startup operations (zero-to-one experience).
  • Deep proficiency in data analysis and interpreting complex market datasets to inform strategy.
  • Experience managing high-stakes client or partner relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup applied to ambiguous challenges.
